While doing the signing at Crossroad Comics the owners, Liz and George, were kind enough to buy me dinner at Attilio’s. The chicken parm sandwich was awesome, buy the steak fries were the highlight. Nothing like good steak fries. Mmmm.
Later, the Missus joined me and we stopped in to get a slice and she tried the Tomato Bisque. Good stuff. Sal, the owner, makes everything, even the bread. Delicious stuff and he was very nice. We got some free Sicilian pizza to try and he comes from a family of restaurant owners. Support Attilio’s, a family tradition in South Jersey. And check out Pitman, NJ. There’s all sorts of stuff to do there now.
