So I hadn’t had Thai in a while and I was looking for something more than a burger.  I had passed Bangkok City a bunch of times because it’s near a Chipotle, a Five Guys, an Office Depot, a Primo Hoagies and a few other stores I frequent.  Today was the day.  The place was almost empty, which turns out to be a crime.  It’s a nice little place and the food is fab.

I started with the Thai Beef Salad and let me tell you, they sprinkled some kind of chilli paste on it.  If I knew what it was, I would literally sprinkle it on everything I eat.  It was almost like a soft, sandy texture, but the flavor was amazing.  I also got the Princess Noodles.  (Yeah, sounds like a dish for the ladies, right?)  But it was chock full of onions and chicken.  It was enough that I had a little bit leftover for later.

You have to try this place for the Thai beef.  It was life changing.  The atmosphere is clean and elegant.  C’mon, people support this place.  Arianna’s, the Afghan place that used to be two doors down, is gone.  It would be a shame if this went away too.
