Going from comic book to screenplay or the other way. How are the two formats going to impact your writing? What should you be looking for? How do the two mediums impact the structure of the story itself? This just my opinion on some of the challenges.
Sorry I couldn’t do this on video. Having some technical issues again. Long story short, no videos for a few days. Anyhow…
This is a typical Italian place my family likes to go. My brother’s getting married, so we were having what is no doubt one of many planning or post-planning dinners.
Francesco’s has been a long time family staple. It’s centrally located for me and the folks, has Italian food and it’s likely we’ll run into someone my parents know. (We did.)
I saw someone on Yelp bash the place for its decor, but I honestly don’t know what people expect in that area. I mean, all I want is comfortable seats and decent lighting. It was a little dark, but other than that, it was fine.
They have lots of specials, but it’s a nice, family place. The restaurant and bar are basically in the same room. My family has a high bar for Italian food, so you know it’s good if they go there. I liked it too. The waitress was pleasant, the food is delicious and the inside was pretty inviting.
I had shrimp stuffed with crab meat on a bed of crispy onions, with a side of fries. We also had a house salad and an Oyster Rockerfeller appetizer. The onions were not that cripsy, but other than that, everything was good.
I give Francesco’s 8 out of 10 keggers. Solid place, paisans!
